Executive Director
Rev. Chrystal Smallwood is an ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene, holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Eastern Nazarene College and a Masters of Science Degree in Non- Profit Management from Grace College and Theological Seminary. Chrystal is a member of the Wesleyan Holiness Women Clergy, National Association of Nonprofit Professionals and Rural Sociological Society. She is a Pyrography Artist, avid kayaker, loves to bake, spend time in her herb garden and is head over heels for a tiny dog named Piper.

Heather Reibsome holds an Associate of Applied Sciences from the Fairmont State College. She is a Preschool Teacher at Lavelle Little Lambs Preschool and Director of Hands that Serve Puppet Ministry. She is married to Rev. Jim Reibsome and mom to Stish and Caleb.

Rev. Jeremy Smallwood holds a Music Education Degree from Eastern Nazarene College and a Master's Degree in Christian Education from Nazarene Theological Seminary. He is the Senior Pastor at the Lavelle Church of the Nazarene and is passionate about community service. He is a local volunteer Firefighter and EMT.

Rev. Matthew Waggoner holds a Chemistry Degree from Fairmont State University and is currently on the Ordination Track at Northwest Nazarene University pursuing Ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene. He is the Vision Pastor at the Twin Hills Church of the Nazarene in Montoursville, PA. Matthew is married to Alicia and dad to Gabe, Chloe and Abby.

Jarrid Newberry is an Expansion Joint Maker/Welder Fabricator. He believes it is an honor and blessing to serve God's Kingdom through Help Net Ministries. He attends the Bethany Wesleyan Church in Cherryville and is married to Anne, Help Net's Treasurer.
Margaret Schachte has a Master's Degree in Library Science and works as the Library Director at Central Penn College in Enola, PA. She is a member of St Charles Borromeo RC Church in Ashland. Margaret volunteers with the Red Cross locally as part of the Schuylkill County Disaster Action Team and has deployed nationally to provide aid during natural disasters. She is committed to conecting people with the information they need.

Lisa Rickert, Board Secretary. Lisa holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Bloomsburg University. She is an Income Maintenance Caseworker for the Commonwealth of PA Department of Human Services.
